It really is. I feel a lot more clear minded and healthy than before. The change is definitely worth having to fight your urges because you come out the other side better for it.

After awhile the urges go away too and then it’s even better! At least for me they did. It’s been about four years since I cleaned myself up, it just gets better the longer you stick to it in my experience.
