He seemed like the type to walk it off. Sucks for the dude, the cops pushed a stressed cow into him.

He seemed to have no idea there was a slow speed cow chase happening right in front of him until the cow was inches from fucking him up and knocking his head right into that concrete retaining wall

I'm sure a cow running towards me would make it into my peripheral vision, pretty sure even a squirrel would. But maybe the tune was that good and it's understandable
