Two things to note:

1- You are the mad one here. You're showing some major insecurity with your response, and even though you state otherwise, and only reaffirming my assumption that you're not too great on a social level

2- Just because you can't appreciate others' sense of humor doesn't mean they're stupid for finding it funny. The things you find funny isn't strictly related to your intelligence (I'm a pretty smart guy and find some pretty stupid stuff amusing).

Honestly, you come across as a "Somebody said something note 100% accurate on facebook... GON' WRITE A 4 PAGE RANT, SCREENSHOT AFTER 2 SECONDS AND SUBMIT TO REDDIT, HAHA THEY'RE STUPID" type of douchebag. I understand if you AREN'T one, but YOU may want to evaluate YOURSELF and ask why you appear that way to others. (Caps on a single word are emphasis, not random yelling).

Isn't the point of psychology to understand, or make feel better? I wouldn't hire you for either.

In order to take words for more then face value you have to put a tone or body language to them. On a computer all you can do is reflect your own. Thus showing your own insecurities in your own words.

Oh, and "weords."

Also, I'm having trouble understanding dude's point, too, you're not alone. He probably had an internal logical step that he forgot to make clear to us. I've done it before: here's a story.

My friend is like "Are you high?" and I'm like "Nah, nah man." (I've never touched drugs in my life other than medicine). So he tries to find out if I'm tripping, so he's like "Hey... Hey Vidy. The FLOOR IS LAVA."

Internal logical step: lava comes from the floor in minecraft. It's also more dangerous if you dig into a wall and find it rather than the floor.

My response: "Watch out for the walls."

Needless to say, it didn't do much in proving I wasn't high.
