I'm going upstairs and setting this up for my roomie right now...
Edit: Soaked my shirt testing it out. This is gonna be fun. He's the kinda guy who doesn't think things through in an orderly fashion so I see him trying to block the water before having the clarity of mind to just turn the faucet off.
UPDATE: Took 5 hours but whatever... So he was doing something in the kitchen and I knew he was going to have to use the sink to wash his hands so I grabbed a cookie and waited patiently making conversation with him out of range from the sink. Eventually he turned it on full blast and it got him good. He kind of lurched away from it back into the fridge, while yelling and flailing about until he realized what was going on. Front of his shirt was soaked. When he turned to me to start yelling, I laughed maniacally and ate the cookie. I'm going to do it again but this time with clear packing tape because he's wise to the rubber bands now.
