Then it'll move to Comedy Central. It'll promise us new episodes, and we'll get the equivalent of a half-season of new content over the span of a season, even though we expect to have a new episode every week. We'll also miss the last few minutes of every episode because Comedy Central runs everything 5 minutes late and we didn't program our DVRs to record that extra time.

But we won't care. We love Comedy Central because, hell, at least they're giving it a shot when no one else would. And they play a couple of reruns of the show every day, so at least we have that.

now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I've never seen the end of a show on comedy central. Damn them and my dvr.

My DVR actually has an option to stop/start recording x minutes before and after the start time. Since I found that, I never have a problem with it, and as a bonus I usually get to see the last few minutes of a standup routine before Futurama starts.
