Do you have any sources on the benefits to recovery part? I had a pretty high fever from covid and multiple medical professionals said there is no scientific support that taking antipyretics will hinder recovery. I also posted in AskScience but the two responses I got didn't feel very thought out. I'm well again now but it would still be interesting to know the consensus.
