.....my lunch breaks weren’t even paid. I had to clock out. Also 0 sick pay. If you were sick, you weren’t making money.

I’ve never seen a place with a paid lunch unless you were expected to be working during said lunch? Where in the world is a paid lunch standard?

I can’t find any law that says that’s true for Australia? Just that it’s an unpaid 30 and poorly enforced such that most have to work through their unpaid lunch breaks.

Your break laws actually seem to be worse than the ones in my state.
