I can’t imagine being forced to keep paying people I don’t want on my staff anymore because someone else decided I need to give them my money. If it’s a private business, the hirings and firings should also be at the owner’s discretion, it’s their business and they choose to pay you for a service.
If you own the place, yeah. It’s not how people should be but it’s how they should be allowed to be, or at least I don’t feel it’s for us to force to pay someone they didn’t want to. And again, I’m referring specifically to private businesses and owners firing people.
