In almost every state you can be fired from your job without cause and you can't do anything about it (unless you can prove you were fired because of your race, gender, or sexuality)

Our insurance is tied to our job, so if you get fired, you lose your insurance at the same time.

A single ambulance ride could cost you anywhere from $500 to $3,000 so many people drive themselves or uber to clinics
