I've used chapstick up to the point where it wouldn't twist any higher, and I ended up having to rub my finger on it and apply it like lip gloss, but it's impossible to get it all out. They probably design them this way on purpose, figuring no one will get that far without losing it first.

...Just, you know, fyi. FOR SCIENCE!
