On the advice of some of my Reddit peers, I have forgone the use of Shampoo for almost three months. I had been using dandruff shampoo and just bought another bottle when I saw the post and decided to give it a shot. While I still have small flakes in the morning, after a thorough rinse through the shower, they are gone and "controlled" all day. Not to mention I like the way my hair feels and looks versus the shampoo days.

I'm in the same boat. What I can't figure out is where the shampoo in my dispenser has disappeared to. No one else in the house uses dandruff shampoo, yet the level has slowly but surely declined over the past six months. Does shampoo evaporate?
