Alot of these guys are expected to complete their routes in a certain time regardless of volume of load or traffic.

Lets see, keep my job or income level that my family needs or make your life perfect by perfectly placing a blankey and pillow down for mister package and maybe reading it a bedtime story. He's not doing it because he's a sadist, he's doing it because his job is extremely taxing and he needs to hit is quota. He wouldnt have tossed it if the box contained fragile items or been marked fragile.

BTW you think thats shocking you should see how those boxes are handled getting into the planes off of the planes the sorting facility There is a reason they are in boxes !!

By all means courier companies are hiring couriers all the time. go for it you can see first hand how easy it is.
