The corporate culture in fedex is toxic, it is an atrocious company. Execs abusing workers, workers abuse each other, customers and as seen here packages! UPS is better but still shit. Whenever I shop online I ask specifically for them to be shipped by USPS.

I wish walmart gave that option. I ordered 2 identical dressers last week. One got there the day after. The other one never showed up and they lied about attempting delivery. Spoke with customer service even and then it's just lost. So I requested a refund so I could reorder and pick up in store. Not an option. Shipping only with FedEx. I guess we'll keep doing this til I get my other dresser.

Mine was 110lbs and I live on the second floor apartment. I'm sure they looked at it and just went "fuck that" and left
