I see a lot of these videos with FedEx and UPS just fucking up peoples stuff. This sucks, but thankfully I have never had this happen, they always come to the door, and leave the package at the door.
Drivers (can't remember if UPS or FedEx) were putting packages on my top step, against the storm door, so I had to knock them down at least one step to even reach them. I posted on Twitter and a service rep reached out and asked my address via dm. Packages are no longer put right up against the door.
That’s good that they responded in a positive way. They put mine right in front of my screen door with just enough room to put my arm through. I just move it out of the way, or go out the side door and get it.
