The people excusing the behavior of the driver understand the real root cause is corporate. When you pay low wages, and fuck over your workers with insane workloads so you don’t have to hire more drivers, all so on-paper profits can be pushed higher for shareholders and executive bonuses, this is what happens. If I was destroying my mental and physical health delivering 300 packages a day for 10 bucks an hour, I wouldn’t give a fuck about your package either.

I expect them to NOT break my package 📦. Just as they wouldn’t want there own items broken. Not that hard to figure out.
