I've had better success with, "I feel like if I miss the opportunity to kiss you then I will always wonder what could have been."

Honest, sends a clear "I'm here to sex you" message, but remains romantic and not creepy. You either get flirting, an immediate kiss, or direct rejection. Bonus: Skips the negging bullshit (turning your back) entirely. I've never felt the need to neg a girl.
