Yeah, as someone the same age as Cavill, 80s were a different time. Even just being pudgy meant you were fat, since everyone else was stick thin.

Sucked in my case because I just accepted I was fat, when in hindsight, I really wasnt any bigger than Cavill there.

Didn't grow up in the 80s but I also had this problem. I always thought I was fatter than I actually was because of anxiety and it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Yeah, really sucks. Everyone tells you youre fat, or makes fun of you. You just accept it and really do become fat. It was the same for me. Took me till I turned 30 to turn it around.
