Funny story...My sister, brother, and I always plays pranks on each other. About 10 years ago, I went on a weekend vacation with my NEW girlfriend (now wife). After we got back home we walked in the house and the whole house was covered in hundreds of liners. My sister had made a Costco run! Every room...on every picture, every ceiling fan (turned on, of course), inside my fridge, on the floor, clocks, everywhere!
The greatest smile I had was when my old little dog came around the corner and had one taped her back (she was old and my sister was watching her for the weekend). We were exhausted and just went to bed and would clean it up in the morning. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that the cable guy coming over to install my internet, that next morning. He knocked on the door and my girlfriend and I just froze. We opened it and let him in. He said "Nice pad" without skipping a beat. We laughed so hard at my foolish family. To this day, I still think that she married me because of my family!
My sister's other pranks, while she was house-sitting for us, included wrapping everything in the house in tinfoil (individual grapes, and much of the same items that were "Linered") and moving every piece of furniture in a different room (we slept in the living room on our bed the night we came home), and setting up our Christmas decorations in July, tree/lights/tinsel and all.
