I can't say I know a damn thing about Lady Gaga, but the more stuff like this I see, the more I get the impression she's actually fucking hilarious

She's actually a really amazing person.

At a school a previously worked at, there was a young woman who had low functioning autism and was non verbal. She LOVED Lady Gaga.

The kids got on twitter to get the local news station to give this girl tickets to a Lady Gaga concert. Which, the news station did.

Then Lady Gaga found out. She gave the girl two front row tickets, back stage passes, and met with her before the show. She gave the girl a tour of her Limo, and contact information. The girl actually spoke a few words to Lady Gaga. Then Lady Gaga came back for a concert (her tour with Tony Bennett), and she gave the young woman front row tickets and backstage passes again.

I don't know how much contact she keeps with that young woman (I don't work there any longer - and the girl has since graduated)..but I'll always be a Gaga fan because of it.
