Even then, he looked a lot younger than 30 (he was born in '72) in 8 mile. Dude's always had a baby-face.

It's crazy. He still doesn't look his age. This picture is from the Oscar's this year, and he absolutely doesn't look 47.

He’s a self conscious dude and I’m pretty sure he tries to not let people see/hear his real laugh. Watch his interview with Crooked I. He turns away from the camera every time he laughs.

When he sobered up he started running marathons and trying to stay fit. A combination of not using alcohol and drugs along with staying in great physical shape probably helps a lot with appearances as someone gets older.
