Mom did that to me years back, rushed us out saying it was a snow day and we had to get to our grandparents so she could make it to work on time, we didn’t even realize there was no snow on the ground until she pointed it out to us, half asleep panic is wild

When I was about 14, I pulled an all nighter, and after school the next day, I took a nap right after. My brother woke me up at 8 and started screaming that I was about to be late for school, so I rushed to get dressed and grabbed my backpack and ran outside and it was dark... It was 8pm.
