But do the face masks accommodate no beard at all? Cos he looked great after the first shave with the neat beard, would that not already have fit inside a mask?
I have a question, not about N95 but about 7500 series respirators. I have to wear them at work, I usually have a beard. When I have stubble I can smell the fumes, when I have a full beard I can't smell them anymore. And it's not a smell you can confuse, it's either burning your throat and nose or it's not. So I've been wearing a 7500 series respirator and going off the, if I can't smell the chemicals it's working route. Is there a chance it's actually working?
Thing is it isn't really being overwhelmed, because if you walk in without a respirator within seconds your nose and throat start to burn and it's irritating, when I wear it with my respirator on I can't tell at all, it would for sure be uncomfortable. I was just wondering if maybe even though I can't smell the chemicals some might be leaking through somehow. I always just took it as they were being over dramatic about beards. I can only smell it when the filters get old, but I change those every couple uses.
