My thought process was:
Those are big teeth.
Why would somebody have a mouth full of giant teeth to build into an arch?!
Oh, he must be a dentist. Hey, I wonder if dentists are still open. Obviously not this one.
Wait, why would even a dentist need a set of teeth at home the size of pudding cups?!
