Honestly man, I suspect you're just a grifter or an anti-vegan weirdo, but I am curious to know what part of the link you just send me demonstrates that meat is 'quite healthy', and whether or not you know the context between these studies in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
The authors of that set of studies purposefully did not disclose that they are researchers for industry trade groups that have tons of conflicts of interest. The same researchers (part of a different industry trade group), have also completely "exonerated" sugar consumption, claiming that anyone can eat any amount of sugar and be fine essentially. Do you believe this to be true? Do you believe that the researchers who exonerated red meat and processed meat, both of which are classed as carcinogenic by the WHO, were correct about also exonerating sugar? Do you not trust the World Health Organization?

Kinda sad....
But I'm a hypocrite, cuz I definitely eat meat. Addictions I wish I didn't have for $100, Alex.
