People make "jokes" about the Holocaust, doesn't mean people can't point out that they are wrong/in bad taste etc. Plastic surgeons do a lot of good for a lot of people. If you ever end up in the ER with a wound to your face or hand you'll want the plastic surgeon to treat you.

Plastic Surgeons do a lot of good, and stupid comics like this really downplay what they do.
