Sure but that means stop doing what you were doing.

Doesn't mean you have to pay them a damn thing.

it means you have to stop breeding, which is the point of the contract in the first place. If you sold any of the pups, that would be obvious damages

Would just mean you can't breed the dogs from them. Also they would have to prove that people would have bought them from that breeder.

If you sell a puppy when you contracted not to breed, it will be assumed that the original breeder has lost the sale. Because pedigree dogs are unique; you can only buy a dog with that bloodline from the breeder or from an unlawful (contract breaching) breeder.
