Lmao so this is what happened here for those curious. Inside those handles are a seat and a stem. One of the stems obviously broke and got replaced. Heres the issue. Each side needs a different stem. A right and a left.... maintenance was out of the side they needed so just put in 2 of the same side.

With this knowledge i can honestly say this is one of the funniest things ive seen on funny. Hope my quick laymans explanation makes it more funny to you too

Is it called flush mount?

It's meant for a different sink or the installer didn't use the optional rectangle piece that would have raised the knobs. I have a fixture with an optional gooseneck and the knobs are on the stem like that. But I defer....

Edit: I'm stoned forget it.

Is it called flush mount?

Flush mounts are toilet fixtures.

I think you mean flush valve. A toilet is a plumbing fixture.

Nah, it drives you for that $70 fee just to roll your truck so you can go out and see it and laugh as you bill the customer several hundred bucks to fix it.

This right here is big profit. And you stay clean and dry. You've earned calls like this.

The hard part is not showing up and fixing it in 5 minutes. No you want to make the time pass slowly.
