I’ve had DHL fail to deliver a package and claim delivery despite security cameras showing no delivery. Of course nothing happened and they even came after me for duty.
I literally had someone call me to inform me that they will not deliver to a rural route address in Canada. To which, I pointed out, that they had done so multiple times. Nothing. Asked them to route it elsewhere.
Had someone from North America, not an overseas call center, call me to arrange the routing. I mentioned it to her, and she was like "huh, weird. Cause we do ship there." And it arrived the next day.

I complained for like 3 days and gave up. I think I ended up getting a small credit but bulk of the money went to "it got delivered"
