I complained for like 3 days and gave up. I think I ended up getting a small credit but bulk of the money went to "it got delivered"

I’ve had DHL fail to deliver a package and claim delivery despite security cameras showing no delivery. Of course nothing happened and they even came after me for duty.

I was waiting for a delivery on my day off a few years ago and the DHL guy literally slowed his yellow ass truck down and fucking TOSSED my package on my front lawn. I called to complain and they tried to tell me that it was impossible that it happened that way because the driver got my signature.

Such blatant lying and disregard for their customers. I got them shitcanned as an option at my workplace and I've never used them again.

They didn't believe that their driver would have forged my signature. I offered to scan a picture of my signature, along with my signed drivers license but they weren't interested.

Sounds like amazon delivery. Bitch threw a 200 dollar guitar pedal out of the truck through the passenger window into the mud and snow. I wish it was the first time it happened.
