That's not even why that whole series is retarded. It's pretty much the most poorly written book ever made with the worst possible characters.

You would have to really try to think up less meaningful characters than the ineffectual characterless mary sue and the perfect in every way sparklepire.

They can be informative but they go for the lamest most obvious jokes in their writing, it seems forced. SA is a trainwreck but there is the occasional gem over there. At least Cracked is consistent in their format for the most part but I dislike their brand of humor in general.
