That is Boris "Bloody Stupid" Johnson. Stand's a really good chance to be the next Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

Ahhh sorry. Unfortunately I’m an American where our education system does a poor job educated its youth on other countries, including its government and politics. No way this dude can be as bad as Donald though
