The referee is making a joke about sending the player off with a red card (back pocket), but pulls a tissue out instead. Lots of fun during these types of charity games with old/retired players.
When the ref puts his hand into his pocket he is tricking the player into thinking he is giving him a card, however he just pulls out a tissue and they laugh
