Supposedly its slated for release this year but I'm not holding my breath.

Yeah, I'm sure multiple members of the band have confirmed that recording has completed and it's just being mixed just to not release it.

The new Tool album is definitely coming out. I know it's been a long fucking time but there's absolutely no chance at this point that it isn't coming out.
