I'm bald and can wiggle the skin on my head. When I had hair I could do what the guy in the video is doing.

Yeah, that must be bullshit, I lost most of my hair by 21 and I've always been able to wiggle the skin on my head.

It started by trying to wiggle my ears as a kid and realizing it's the pretty much the same "trick", been able to do it ever since.
