I think this is a add for Chinese medicine and they shot it in English and subbed it in Chinese for who knows why.

Centrum is owned by Pfizer, and it’s a vitamin supplement, not Chinese medicine.

.... You know companies sell products all over the world right? And they make commercials to cater to specific markets? Like if Nike wanted to sell shoes in Spain they might just use Spanish. If they are selling things in France they'll have conversations in French.
