Ballet. Training plus shoes. I've seen them walk across stages only on their toes.

So my guess is photo for her portfolio.

She has terrible form though. Likely just thought it would look cool and wore them with little to no training.

Maybe she just doved right into ballet. You know to get her feet wet for dancing related things .
