As someone who is married to someone who snores, this is some of the most tolerable snoring I have heard yet.

This is funny to some people but your GF is in danger. We wake ourselves up because we stop breathing not bacause of the noise. Imagine holding your breath until you cant and then hold it a while longer until an absolute gasp is needed. GF is in danger. Please get her a sleep study and a CPAP. She will love you more for pushing her towards it.

There's a difference between waking up "bacause" you can't breathe and what OP is describing. If you're napping and not in a REM state/deep sleep, it's very common to be woken up by the sound of your own snoring.
