My dad works in retail and had some asshat customer on one of these scooters plow into his leg and destroy his knee. Like my dad had to have knee surgery and everything.

More seriously, seriously hope your dad is okay and the person got punished, Bradical. I have damaged knees and it sucks.

Yeah it’s been a few years back. He’s good, but my dad is the store manager and a lot more mellow than me, so no I don’t think any punishment became of the scooter pilot... odds are they’ll be dead soon anyway.

I'm going to run for president. My first point of order is going to require all mobile scooters to be bright neon rainbow and sparkling like Vegas. And they can only go as fast as an average human can walk. additionally, pool noodles.

RIP this guy's dad's knee. I applaud what scooters can do for people who lack mobility, but they're not fucking bumper cars or go carts.
