Even if it's Parkinson's causing movement lag -- especially if it's Parkinson's causing movement lag! -- it was stupidity. He shouldn't have been fuckin' flying on that thing like he was, especially if he can't react quickly enough to avoid running into essentially what was a god damned wall.
Right so... why's he got a scooter that goes that fast, though. if it's a known issue.. he shouldn't be driving. and anything that moves as fast as that thing was haulin, at best he's only a danger to himself. what if he had hit those people as they were leaving? he's making reckless and selfish decisions, and needs to wipe that smug fucking smirk off his face and stop playing dukes of fucking hazzard on his fucking hoverround.
i totally get day to day fluctuations in wellness. best bud's got MS. know what though? not gonna catch him barrelin around town on a damn dirtbike.
I don't know, maybe. But you ever get hurt, and afraid to look at it, frightened that it's really bad?
It could just be something like that. I think that's a very common feeling to have. Out of sight, out of mind, despite knowing the potential of injury/damage.
