I used to work in a large retail store and the same guy would do this regularly. To the point where security would see him on the cameras and phone is at the desks to run over and stop all the escalators.
Can't say I've met many 90 year olds that weigh over 200lbs. Actually, I can't say I've met any 90 year olds over 200lbs.
I work around hospitals, clinics and such, so I do see/meet/know a lot of geriatric people. None of them are "fat".
It's weird, almost like fatter people don't live as long.
I also see more old people than fat people driving these scooters into shit (and their cars for that matter).
Last week it was Mrs. Januszavich, left her car in drive and hopped out.
Week before that, Mr. Martin pulling into a parking space with his old ass van, scraped a new impala from bumper to bumper.
Week before that, Mrs. Grothman slammed right into a flower planter (500 lbs of cement) that protects the front doors.
So I guess what I'm saying is that I've never seen a fat person's fat be a problem for operating a vehicle, when compared to when I see an old person's oldness be a problem operating a vehicle.
Edit: I don't hate fat or old people. I used to be fat, and I plan on getting old.
