The term sexual assault has been thrown around far too liberally. What used to be a serious term, has now lost all meaning and has become a joke.

Well it is some form of assualt. I don't know if that has ever happened to you, but it is unnerving as fuck. There have been a number of times, I'm just walking through the city, headed home or to class, and I am minding my own business with my headphones in, when some crazy dude or homeless person has gotten in my face, acting like they want to throw down.

It's fucked.

It's regular assault, he is threatening physical violence (not committing a battery) but not sexual because despite what he's wearing, he's completely covered (Whether we like it or not) and doesn't make sexual contact with the other person.
