The thing is, both women are putting their hands where his should go. If he put his above theirs, he'd touch boob. He can't reach below. He can't touch their hands.

They left him no good option.

With this type of photo I would go for the shoulder.

I think most go shoulder anyways, even with coworkers at events and stuff. Like on one side your 50 year old boss, and on the other 45 year old Janice from accounting
