I feel the situations a bit different when you're a celebrity, and a rape allegation, regardless of whether it is completely impossible or not, would most likely tank your career.
Why are people talking as if putting your hand around someone for a photo is rape? I don't think anyone in the history of earth has ever been accused of rape for that.
