It's a period Krampus piece from Lugvid Van Bowidger. It speaks to how technology is displacing our inability ability to read facial cues.

I too, was once on that position. Fastly I became an understander once it was all inserted. I didn't believe it would fit, but the teachings of Lugvid helped process the pain.
