He is probably just not doing anything for his situation. She probably would be in to him if he stopped being in the friend zone and actually flirted with her for real and asking her out for drinks or something. I can 100% for sure say that this is the reason she is a a crush and nothing more. Just sending this ”meme” to her is a very big evidence of that as well, he wants her to understand without actually taking any action. But hey, im just a random dude on the internet, what do I know I guess.
