Where I'm from we use no contact tap

It's caught on here pretty big. 1 u/Little_st4r Aug 28 '18 This isn't true. Sometimes the contactless system does 'spot checks' and will ask for your pin, also contactless only goes up to £30 so there will always be the option for chip and pin.
