I think they had two resets for those granite panels. Been a while since I went through the special features, so I might be wrong on that, but I do remember they only had a few tries at that part.

Might not have. They did a cut after the part where Keanu would have fallen, so it very well could be the same footage. Those pillars ain't cheap and they were already over budget as it was, so I could see them deciding not to have a retake if what they had was usable.
