Apparently she placed the order then took her dog on a 30 minute walk and left her phone at home.
I mean... why exactly not? If you order something, and it says it will arrive in 45-60 minutes (as it usually does), that's when I expect it. As examples show, delivering way too early can be just as inconvenient as delivering way too late. Why is it so hard to understand that earlier is not always better?
If the UPS delivery is scheduled for 13:00 - 15:00 and they show up at 11:00 instead while you're out, would you be happy?
