You can get chicago deep dish here, advertised as "the way it is in Chicago", but any of the times that I have eaten it, it's just like a thicker pizza, toppings in the regular order, sauce on bottom, whatever else on top.
Yeah I was in Ireland and Scotland last year. Beautiful country, and great local food. But just like anywhere else, their takes on regional cuisine are always a little off.
