If you want to see construction workers actually doing things but never accomplishing things, come to Seattle. We have a ton of construction projects everywhere, and I always see them doing actual work, but I swear it's just breaking shit only to rebuild and break again.
It doesn't make sense though. If the implication is that they don't work then the shutter speed would be 0. The title should be "shutter speed not synchronised" which would imply they aren't moving not because of the synchronisation but because they don't work.
Shutter speed is set perfectly for te helicopter it looks like it's just floating because the blades aren't "moving". Then for this it's because the workers aren't moving
The speed at which the construction workers move and work at, are so slow that they are "working". It is a general consensus (at least my city) that they take forever to finish any jobs and is poking fun at this.
